I glanced at their website.
Fees are really low, but the thing that worries me is that they take payment by paypal to them directly, as opposed to Star Choice.
I would avoid any broker that doesn't have you send the payment directly to Bell or Star Choice, as it might be an account stacking scheme.

I would be wary of any broker that says "you pay us and we pay the provider"

Quick question....If you live in the U.S. and pay for SC or BEV with a credit card, would they not know you ARE in the U.S. by the address on the cc?

They will know it's a U.S. credit card based solely on the first 4 digits. But many Canadians close to the border have U.S. credit cards, so it doesn't raise any eyebrows.
