anyone else have audio problems with 10/9 boston legal

its a cold day in hell when icey has to delete a new episode of boston legal because there was no audio (at least, here in central florida) for 30 minutes or longer.

since the new hd channels are launching, i have experience a few moments of audio loss but not as significant as tuesday's BL.

is it me or did any of you other crane, poole, and schmidt die hards have problems too? thanks.

tony, do you have dish network or directv? or are you watching OTA? i'm thinking its a directv problem.

This particular one was on OTA and Dish both. I do not have DirecTV.
