Anyone else hate the new StarzHD logo?

I know it's the overscan in the TV. 50" Panasonic plasma. The thing is it's not just my TV. HDNet is not figuring enough of an allowance for overscan. Most HD sets I hook up every day are the same way. Not every HD set is created equal. A local station of mine discovered the same thing after receiving many complaints that their station logo and time stamp were going off screen.

I would have imagined that the complaint would have been that the entire logo didn't go off screen. To me, they work to distract your eyes from the picture. Kind of like the ads on web pages that flash and move.
