Anyone else getting random partial recordings?

I've noticed that a small percentage of shows we record are only getting the first 2-3 minutes and that's it. This is happening on both PTAT as well as scheduled recordings. For example, my wife wanted to watch Scandal which airs during the last hour of the PTAT block on ABC, but it was just the first few minutes. We also have a season pass setup for Late Night with Jimmy Fallon but when I went to watch an episode a couple days back it was just the first 10 minutes or so. Most of what we watch has the full show, but there seems to be this random problem where we are only getting partial recording sometimes (maybe 10% of the time?). Anyone else have this problem or have an idea as to what could be causing it?

That is a pesky bug that carried over from the 722K. It has happened to me once on the Hopper. It had no real pattern on the 722K, however, it did happen to me more frequently when recording OTA.
