Any way to force a download of the EPG info?

I have a 625 that doesn't have all the info downloaded yet, can I force a download of EPG info?

Do a switch check and then hit done and cancel out of the menus and the receiver will acquire a sat signal by counting down from 5 - 1( if you have dishpro or dishpro plus) and then you will get the aquiring sat guide bar. When it is fully green it will back out and you will have the latest guide.
