My interpretation is that you cannot run your own promotions (aside from a high level executive approval from DIRECTV) such as offering a $20 gift card for signing up. 2.6, 6.1.
You can't cold call, even though it is perfectly legal and a great method (so long as you comply with FTC/FCC). Schedule 2.6(ii)1.D.
You can't sell any other cable network. (1,1.3)
