Are there any free HD channels on Dish, such as a PPV Movie Preview channel, that could be used to test Turbo-Coded 8PSK reception? If so, what are the specs for this channel? (P.s. this is NOT a hacking question, I only want to know about channels that could be received with stock FTA equipment).

thanks!

There are some free MPEG4 SD channels on 72.7 like Dish 101, 103 etc
They show as 1080i and the Coolsat 8000 gets them fine

as for the 8psk stuff, that I honestly dont know

Try TEST 5710 110W tp 13; hmm is it MPEG-2 ?

Found real A4:
Code:
OLMPS 367	A4	16 61.5W
OLMPB 365	A4	21 61.5W
OLMPB 365	A4	3 129.0W
OLMPS 367	A4	13 129.0W
ORDER 9464	A4	29 72.7W as a mirror of tp19/110.0W/ 9464

the denver locals are free on 129 that is turbo 8psk,12239,21500,H,2/3.that is not stock equipment you need an add on module for those.I bought this module because I thought it could get dvb-s2 but it does not, even though it has the options,if were not for those free denver channels I would have completely been shafted, guess I should have done some reading before buying.
