Any Date for Vegas HD Locals?

My retailer told me Dish launched a satelite in early March and that HD locals in Vegas should be up in April. Is there a specific date yet or was I BS'd?
Just having dish back will be worth not watching 24 in HD for a couple of weeks....hopefully not much longer or I'll go with the OTA

In other words the guy lied his a** off to me. Looks like I'll be hooking up an OTA> With a one story house shouldn't be too hard at all
