Any code for Olevia yet?

If I bought a universal remote like the one Geekboy suggested, will it work on TV2? That's the tv I need it to work on and I thought it operated a little different. (UHF versus IR)

You need to be very specific about what you need or you'll get an incomplete or incorrect answer. You're going to spend an arm and a leg to get into a universal RF remote.

I think what you're going to have to do to get out of this for less than the value of the TV is to go with an external IR wireless remote transmitter/receiver pair and set TV2 up to be controlled via IR.

Yes, TV2 is RF, and no, the Philips won't cover that.

So it looks like I'm basically screwed until Olevia releases a code. Because I have browsed the code finder until my fingers were worn out and it could never find the code.

No, you're screwed until DISH offers a remote with your Olevia codes in it.

Olevia is quite frank on their website that the newer models are not supported by universal remotes.

That seems to be true of the "off" brands in general, such as Vizio, Sceptre and Olevia. Fortunately, Harmony has them all in their database.
