Welcome!

I suppose you mean the dish, since E* doesn't supply OTA antennas (that I know of). I think the Dish 500 is as small as you can get.

depends on what you mean, if OTA is what you're looking for options are vast. As far as receiving dish programming I believe you can pull 119 with a dish as small as 12" sorry that is all the info I have. they had something about a month ago, Scott, Iceberg, or Simon could probably relay you towards that

Well, a Dish300 is 18". Nothing smaller would be reliable - unless you go for one of the EXPENSIVE phased array antennas I've heard exist, but have never seen.
