Another question on AMC-3

The tps 11716H and 11719H and their respectives SR being so close.... am I right to think that there is only one channel? TiP TV and The patient Channel are the same channel?

Tip-TV and the Patient Channel are two separate channels. There are three channels on AMC 3 KU Transponder 1:

Tip TV 11714H 2447
Patient Channel 11718H 2447
Bloomberg Feeds 11722H 3675

A blind search doesn't find all three, but manual entry will.
Your dish has to be well aimed to get them all.
