Are you talking about the Satellite Names, they change all the time, start by using the Orbit Slot - 123 west.

Now I have to try to figure out how to move to these different positions

You first pick the Sat in the Setup Menu, enter the LNB info, under "Motor" select USALS, double check that the Long and Lat listed is yours / correct. There are usually 2 options to move the Dish, one of them will bring the Motor to Zero, the other will "drive" to the Sat.
