The problem, this time, is if you eat the dough uncooked. You cook it and it is just fine.

That's good news because nothing beats the taste of a freshly baked cookie laced with botulism and salmonella. :lick

Seriously, I cringe when my wife and daughters eat raw cookie dough. Yuk!
