Another 721 Problem

Ok I notice a black line near the bottom going across the screen this really bothers me. I don't think it is normal does anyone else have this or any idea what would be causing it. I also am not sure the colors are exact but they seem to be so I think it was only that one show.

To sum it up, your TV is out of adjustment and showing parts of the picture that should not be seen (IMHO)

Well there is a picture under the line so shouldn't I want to see it all it is a line but transparent not a solid line. I don't see it on the show I'm watching now so I'm not sure whats with it but I will check out that thread.
