Yes they still offer annual pricing at a discounted rate. I'm not aware of what the costs are though.

Currently still available for AT 60, 120, and 180, with one month discounted (11 months).
The annual fee only includes the basic programming without locals, DVR fees, additional receiver fees, etc. Those are still billed monthly, but you can pay all 12 months at one time.

Just subscribed to the current AT 120 for a year. Figure I save about $76.00 with the new increase and free month.
