I just hope Sheeen doesn't go over the deep end this time. We shall see. Perhaps it's just a staged kerfuffle to garner interest in the show (i.e., ratings points)?

Sheen reportedly already has his eye on a replacement for Blair: Mila Kunis (who happens to be dating Ashton Kutcher, who replaced Sheen after he was fired from Two and a Half Men). Sheen has extended an offer to Kunis to guest-star on Anger Management for 10 episodes, at a rate of $1 million per episode, TMZ reports.Blair isn't the only celebrity to get on Sheen's bad side lately. Let's see...Sheen was reportedly fired for criticizing his employer, and he apparently fires Ms. Blair for criticizing him. Regardless, employer and employee feel that Sheen is difficult to work with on an ongoing basis. I hope this blows over with Blair staying on the show. We shall see.

Well It looks like old Charlie is self destructing again. I knew his show wouldn't make it before he went nuts again. I lost interest a few weeks back and stopped watching. It became very predictable .

This is a move brimming with irony, starting of course with the name of the show as the dismissal attempt reportedly stemmed from Sheen getting enraged over comments made by Blair that questioned his work ethic. Also, Sheen actually went to the mat for Blair in the original casting process. She was his choice, he spoke very highly of her in TV interviews and, despite FX not going with Blair in the role of the therapist after the final round of auditions, Sheen made a push and got her the part.

"Charlie has been on a mission to get Selma 86'd from the show because he believes she's been complaining about him behind his back ... trashing his work ethic.

Now, sources tell TMZ ... Charlie returned to work Monday and told producers he wants the termination process started TODAY ... or else he'll walk.

It's a big threat from Charlie -- who's set to make between $75 and $200 MILLION if he completes the 100 episode order for "Anger Management" ... depending on how it does in syndication. We're told Charlie's completed roughly half of the 100 episode order.

We're told Charlie understands that there can be complications with firing someone from a TV show ... but he wants producers to begin drawing up an exit strategy for Blair by the end of the day.

Sources connected to the production tell us ... Selma was not on set yesterday, though it's unclear if she was scheduled to work."

Is Sheen nuts? He got himself fired from 2-1/2 Men and that show was one of the top comedy shows. He doesn't have much bargaining power starring on a show that is on FX.
