DailyTech - Android Netflix App Delayed Due to Difficulties Implementing DRM

The key reason for the delay? Netflix's programmers complain that they haven't been able to develop a DRM solution across Android's "fragmented" platform that will satisfy their film and TV industry partners who supply their video.

Looks like they may pick some of the more popular models/OS versions and make limited releases:
