This is a 450MB download and my data limit on the tablet is 250MB. Does at&t count downloading their Android updates against your data usage?

Hmm not for sure my guess is that it would you might see if you can manual download it from another device like a laptop put it on a jump drive then install it on the tablet.

From my understanding it does count toward your data limit. The best bet is to download it via WIFI.
