I think they meant that the 19.99 was a programing enabling fee? lol

It was nice that we had a 19.99 package again but now it is going away once again along with the $9.99 package. I saw an advertisement on tv in 1996/1997 about the 19.99 package and got my system for $199.99 (had to put it in myself with the help from a friend - got the signal in myself).

I have a strange request but you never know:

When my family got Dish 500 in 2000, There was about 3 or 4 Dish Info Channels and I LOVED them! anyone got recordings of those?

I got a video request if anybody has it, the one where they first started offering local channels and they had the slate on channel 250 of the cities they offered.
