Amiko hd-8200 add satellite and change firmware

I have an Amiko hd 8200 and it has lost several satellites in the sat list. Does anybody know how to add satellites to this box. There is a menu full page with all the satellites listed with check marks next to satellites that I have seen but can't seem to find that menu anymore. Also been looking for the basic instructions on how to upgrade the firmware from the usb port. Been looking for days and found thousands of files but nowhere did I find how to put them in and what format they need to be in. I have the 1.5.26 file in three formats .rar, .abs, .dvr which one is needed. Anyone that has an Amiko 8200 box or has any experence with it, I would very greatful to here from you. I currently have 1.4.30 software version that came with it and would like to put 1.5.26 in. I also understand somewhere there is version 1.5 37 but have not run across it yet. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
