I thought as much, but why are my picking it up there also? This is an addition to all the regular channels from 101w. Could it be my skew is off?

You are getting bleed-over. Either because your dish needs to be re-tweeked, or it can't see as tight as 2 degrees no matter what.
 
Typically, a 12 foot reflector should be 2 degree compliant on C-band with adequate side lobe attenuation to reject signals from an adjacent satellite. Unless the reflector has surface damage or is warped, it should not be picking up 99w when peaked on 101w.

On a side note, I used to own a Paraclipse Classic 12' with terrible KU side lobe issues. Your Paraclipse might have side lobe issues with 2 degree C-band satellites.

Maybe we all should buy one of these to receive Shepherds Chapel? :D
