Amc9 problems

I've been away from home for awhile. Before I left I was trying to get amc9 using an oval primestar dish and a captiveworks 600p receiver. I was able to get a signal at one point and it was amc9 but eventually lost it. If possible could someone please tell me how to add the 12160 TP since it is the strongest? Also what other transponders would be good to set my box to?
Any help would be great. Thank you

Try:

FR 11735
SR 4440
Horizontal

That's RTN, it should come in for you. If not, try adding or subtracting a little from the FR.

Usually color bars with strong signal at 11775mhz Horiz 4232SR.

but the 11775 isnt always up

I would enter 12160 V 30000 as that is a 24/7 strong data signal to aim the dish then fine tune with the info Jim posted
