AMC-4 @ 67W anyone know whats it for?

I noticed AMC-4 @ 67W just sits up there with nothing ever listed on it. Is it ever going to be used, or has it retired and just never removed? Thanks.

I understand this bird is currently used by Telefonica to carry their pay tv satellite service for Colombia and/or Venezuela.
It is currently using 4 trasponders for this service, 67 tv channels and 10 audio (all pay tv), but this sat currently does not have any FTA.

I thought that satellite was in an inclined orbit? Guess not
