They will be moving AMC 3 To 67W where it will cover some parts of US and S. America.

Only will be using the KU beam.

I'm in a wrestling match with the beams files and will add a Satmap after I chase out the database error that is driving my extraction macro crazy.

It's 67. pending request but I don't see a problem with the FCC approving it if all is kosher with the Andean consortium.

I can see four encrypted muxes on AMC 4 now from Northern California.
Perhaps I'll be able to see AMC 3 signals also.
