Amazon VOD - Xbox 360 vs Roku 3

From my experience, the Roku has the best PQ performance Ive seen on Amazon HD VOD (tv shows, etc...). Just wondering if anyone has been able to compare a Roku to the Xbox app with PQ in mind?

I need to get something, and the ATV3 is out now for certain reasons. Its down to a 360 or Roku 3. 360 gives me more ESPN stuff, BUT Amazon VOD is a big portion of what Ill be doing.

Probably would want to go with the Roku 3 just for the fact that the 360 requires Gold and from the sound of it you don't have an Xbox Live Gold account already.
