Am21 Tuner is alive Again.

I had a Date with Directv this Saturday. 2 things, one for a new DVR and one to replace the HR24-500 with a HR24-200.
Well of these Dates never go right. They told since the AM21 tuner was not part of the Hr24-500 they would not replace the unit. They know people are having trouble with the AM21 but said sorry. Here is the good news. The gave me the HR24-200 for free. AM21 is alive and working again.
200 is much better then the 500.

What issues were you having with the AM21? Or is it related to the HR24

We are having blank recordings plus bad recordings. Bad picture and even loss of signal. When recording and watching a show at the same time the cursor messes up.
