Am I missing something?

I can't get a single on demand channel to load. All I get is a message saying it isn't available. Anyone else?

I had an issue a couple of hours ago and didn't care enough to look into it. Was getting an error saying I wasn't subcribed so it wouldn't play despite having access to the channel.

DirecTV on demand sucks.

In browsing by channel then selecting say, ABC on demand. All it says is not available. I'm getting this for any channel.

They're loading ok for me, I just typed in two and they loaded, 1007 and 1247.

Try a reboot and then ensure it reconnects to internet (just wait a minute or so and hit the dash button to see if it says internet connected).

I got the same message on some channels even though I subbed to them.
Since the Genie install I had no issues. The tech may have reset everything when authorizing the receivers.

Well I did the reset. It populated but even though the shows are there that I am looking for it says they're not available.

FWIW, I just went to Channel 1000, then chose CBS and Hawaii 50 and hit play and it started right up.

Is it working any better for you guys tonight ?

Dod can take up to 24hrs to load if any settings are reset.
