always 2 bills???

i've been getting SA for a couple of months now and each month i get a $5 access fee charged to me from Dishnetwork. Is this normal? I called dishnetowrk and the said i have tp pay it.

Do you have more than one receiver?

If you only have one receiver and if you only have Sky Angel and no Dish programming, then you should not ever be charged the $5 from Dish. You need to escallate this through Dish and/or Sky Angel.

I finally got through to Dish and worked it out. I won't be getting a bill from them anymore.
