Dishnetwork's site says the 322 receiver's TV2 UHF Pro remote has a range of up to 200 feet. Would the UHF remote for TV2 on the Duo VIP 222k receiver have the same range?

And here I was suggesting that if it didn't operate properly after a swap, there'd be a way to fix it. Along with a failed joke about the silliness of a >200' control span.

Lots of people have lots of unique needs. Dish hardware is designed with a nod towards these needs. Satelliteguys.us exists because not everybody gets to have a turn-key installation; some people need help, and that's why we're all here. Every single one of us.

Now...how can we help?

All UHF remote ranges are NOT the same. There are at least two ranges. All UHF pro remotes should support the longer ranges but not necessarily for all Remote addresses. Check manuals for the remotes for details. DISH Network - FAQ - 1.888.825.2557
I believe its the B band that has longer ranges.

Local FOX channel out of sync.....
