All-In-One Post with all New E* Program Pricing

Is there a thread out there that has all of the new E* pricing info? I've seen various different postings but nothing that shows everything in one post, at least I can't find it.

Looking for the pricing (current & new) for the SD programming packages, also looking for the current and new HD pacakages, and lastly, all of the fees (extra receiver, outlet (what's this all about) fee, leasing, etc that *E will be hitting us up for.

I want to compare my cost options betwwen *D, *E, and cable.
