aligning motorized dish

i have a fortec star fc-80cm with a stab hh-90 rotor i have a litlle satellite finder meter i have aligned dish to nimiq 2@ 82 degrees with meter the best my reciever say is a reading @ 69 my receiver is coolsat 4000 pro i get some other satellites at this adjustment but no where near all satellites i have heard you need to adjust to multiple satellite but i can find no info on this also where can i go to get programming to open up all channels
