Your failing to remember that Inge has a badly damaged knee that has cost him most of his batting avg. in the second half.Huff and Washburn have done nothing to spark this team since those trades.
Guillen is still hurting, Inge and Laird couldn't hit the ocean standing in the water.
Guess we're lucking Morneau is putting up the same stats as Inge for the past 30+ games.
I'm shocked the the Sox still have a chance in this race, slight as it may be. As bad as they played on the Boston/NYY road trip, I expected them to be toast. If they can pick up another game or 2 this week, those 6 games left with the Tiggers could be very interesting.

Still getting it done at the Hot Corner though.
The guy is a career .234 hitter, water always finds it's level as the saying goes. Whatever is going on with his knees, seems to have killed his magic for the homer. He's got like 6 or 7 since the break...
Its amazing that a team can lose 5 in a row and still be in first place. Shows how weak this division is.
Just took a look...nice back-from-behind win!
We start a home series against the dreaded Royals tonight. At least least we're playing at home so we should come out on top. Never mind...I just noticed Washout was taking the mound. Ugh!
Agree! It's time to place Assburn...er, Washburned, on the bench...or the trading blocks!Right on Q he gves up a damn 4 spot in the first..Ive had it with this guy..STOP PITCHING HIM LEYLAND!!!!
Hold on to your seats...the Twins one and are now only 3 1/2 behind, while the Tigers are deadlocked in a 3-3 tie with KC.
