aiming trouble on amc 4

Hello!

I live in montreal, Canada and i wanna get Rtpi on Amc 4 with a pantec digital receiver and a 36 " dish. I tryed to install myself but like many others on this forum I have trouble with the dish pointing. My setup are:

type lnb standard
freq 10 750
22 khz off
disecq off
skew 45
positioner disable
scan all

The level its like 75% but the quality its 0 %. Do I need a specific tool like a sat meter?

The signal "Quality" meter on the TV is better than any satellite meter, try to get a TV out at the dish and have a LIVE channel already entered off AMC-4 then try for RTPi.

I would use the below TP.

DFreq: 12020 (H) SR : 2.034 Msps
