I was thinking of motorizing it with an Invacom quad LNB.

About 2/3rds of the way down on his site, The Netbuilder converted his Primestar dish over to a QPH-031 LNB.
And it's motorized.
Maybe you can get some encouragement from his nice pictures.

I like to point to his web page because he posted a lot of very relevant pictures , all in one place.
... and he did a good job.

Oh, and as long as you were going to skew the dish anyway (or motorize it), Tron has an excellent point:

There's another solution that you can try, use the original feedhorn with a C-120-flanged LNB. You would unbolt and remove the waveguide, transmit, and receive (since its a single-polarity rig) LNB, and replace that whole assembly with a C-120 flanged LNB such as a Primestar 'beer can' or Hughes.
