Two completely different scenarios. Ray-Ray was involved in a gun murder outside a club. Stallworth was involved in a traffic accident.
When you point a gun and fire it at someone, you have an intention to kill. I tend to believe that Stallworth didn't "intend" to kill the guy walking across a 4 lane highway.
It doesn't matter if there was intent or not and it doesn't matter if the guy used the crosswalk or not. The minute he decide to drive knowing his BAC was over the limit, he is guilty. Even if he didn't know what his BAC was, that's not a excuse.
