Installer got here 3 hours ago, had to leave for an hour, is now installing in the dark and my daughter has to be in bed in an hour and he is only 1/3 of the way through.
Just two tv's on a 1000.4 with a 722k, he had to get a part and then he had trouble with his meter but at the start of hour 5 he's activating, just not a good day for him and I won't be calling dish to complain because I've been in his shoes.

The IRD port is a joke.If he would have plugged his SSB meter into port two while having the receiver or DPP44 switch power the DISH he would not have had any issues.
I always carry no less than 2 meters with at all times. must be a noobie or someone who thinks his sat buddy will never break down.
