After market / used HD receivers

I am now on Dish net with the basic pkg. I have a HD ready TV (no HD tuner). I want to get HD via OTA, and need a Tuner / receiver? I see (Dish) HD receivers for sale in Best Buy / Ebay/ etc. If I buy one of these units will I still get my basic package from Dish? Also, does Dish Net. use Motorola for any of their HD receivers?

I would look at renamed 811 (I think it may be 381) or either 921 or 942 if you want a DVR.

whatever you are seeing at best buy is directv not dish.
