AFN Europe with Satellite Card into an HTPC

First, I aplogize is this covered in another post, but I could not find an answer to this question when I searched. I am military and am relocating to Italy this Fall. I would like to view AFN direcly through my Home Theater PC and avoid buying a separate receiver if possilbe.

Is there a satellite tuner card I can buy for my HTPC that will allow me to do this? I'm authorized access, but I'm not familiar with how AFN controls access to the satellilte--unless it's with a DirecTV-style access card. Ideally the tuner card would have multiple tuners so I can use the PC as a DVR also.

I'm not positive, but I thought they used a unique Serial or Access Number from the Authorized PowerVu Receiver, not a card.
