AEP and Addition Receiver Fee

Does anyone know if you lose the additional receiver fee when you subscribe to the America's Everything Pack?

not the additional receiver fee but you do loose the dvr fee. Execpet with the dvr that already dont have the dvr fee (501, 508, 721 i think)
