Address for Customer Service

Does anyone have an actual corporate address for Customer Services? I have a small issue and want a written response from someone with some authority. I sent a letter a couple months ago to a Box # in Littleton, CO and some weeks later I had a message on my answering machine from Joe in the mail room at Dish.

A "small issue" sounds like something DIRT could handle, promptly and accurately.

Not always easy to share prior hard copy documentation, shipping receipts, etc. with people online.

I guess I'm spoiled...I have access to a networked scanner/copier that I can use to scan documents directly to my email...

There is also the issue of when 3rd parties are involved as credit card companies (i.e.-disputes). Hard copies, paper trail, is always preferential.
