Adding new VIP 222k

I have installed a few dish systems but I am at a wiring stand still. Here is what I have: VIP 722 that is wired for 2 TV's I bought a 222 that I want to add. There is only one wire coming from the dish so how do I hook up the 222?

You need to run a second from the LNB on the dish to the location where the 222 will be. Use the separator, run check switch, call and activate.

The original installer had 2 receivers on the same cable from the dish (1000.2). I already have 2 runs to the dish so hooking up another one is not a problem. I can send pictures if needed.

Each receiver will need its own cable from the LNB. Jimmerinwi has the correct setup for you.
