Presently, my 10 foot dish has a C-band LNBF on port #1 of a 4-way diseqc switch. Can I use a 22k switch between the diseqc switch and the dish to give 2 connections one for C (#1, 22k on) and one for Ku (#1, 22k off) on a C/Ku LNBF?

Thanks for the quick reply, VoomVoom. I wasn't sure if the diseqc would pass the 22k signal through or not.:)

If not, you can put it in front of the Diseqc and have the 22 off going to the diseqc and the 22 on going to the 2nd lnbf, or vise versa...?
And your thinking might be right, some 22khz switches won't work (I hear?), but the Ecoda will.

should work

if it is the BSC621 it already has a internal 22k switch ( just use that) if the internal 22k switch is damaged you can add a 22k switch to the mix

it will not work if its a BSC621-2 cause that is a universal ku lnbf
