Adding HD Directv

I currently have two Directv units. One downstairs..that uses one lnb.. and a directivo upstairs that uses two lnbs. I have an older round dish..with a triple lnb.

If I upgrade to HD, I understand Directv will give me a new multichannel dish.. which utilizes 3lbs. How would I hook that up..as well as my upstairs unit? That would utilize six lnbs.. or is there a way to do this using some sort of box?

Not sure if I understand but I have two DirecTivos and a Samsung 360 hooked up to a new triple LNB dish using a 4x8 multiswitch. DirecTV included the switch in the HD deal. It works fine.
