I am trying to add a circular LNB to catch the free PBS on 129W. I have a digiwave dg7000, and when I go to change the LNB type to circular, that is not an option. I have normal, LNB and universal. I can edit them to change the frequency, but it does not let me change the polarization (its still h or v) Any help is appreciated.

Change it to normal. Set the LO/LNB freq to 11250.

Right hand circular = Vertical
Left hand = Horizontal

Digiblu, is this the lower limit or upper limit. I set the lower limit to 9750 and the upper to 11250. I have not had any luck.

There is no lower or upper on a standard LNB. Or maybe I don't understand your receiver. On a standard LNB config you will have one LO/LNB frequency, for the legacy 12.2-12.7 DBS ones it is 11250.

On a digiwave set both to 11250

(Digiwave receivers you have to input both upper and lower LO...if you are using a standard just set both to same)
