Have HIM come on here and lurk.....He will see the numerous posts that indicate this CANNOT be done the way HE wants it done.
Or, contact one of the DIRT team members and PM with them to relay the info to your boss.

You need a minimum 30" dish to get 118, so your best bet and easiest thing to do is get a 1000+ dish with lnb, that will get you 110,119 & 118 add another DP lnb for 129 with the supplied bracket.

118 is an Anik (Telesat Canada) satellite and not an Echostar Satellite, Dish leases the transponders on that satellite.

Got the boss to purchase a new dish & lnb. Got locked on all sats. I can now get the programming he wants.
