In my area the cable co is Suckenlink and all but the local TV stations are SD clear QAM. I have a PC that I've scanned their entire system and I can see the addresses for the all the digital channels but w/o addressability one is SOL to get the HD versions of the channels. BTW get the same on my panny plasma too, just can't see the addresses of the channels.
