Actuator repair, or new one?

I have a 6 foot mesh dish on a 18" VonWise actuator, I noticed lately that my signal quality would drop,and I could not figure out why, checked the dish and I noticed that when I pulled or pushed on the dish there is about a 1/4"to 1/2" play either way, what I would like to know if this is repairable/adustable or do I need a new actuator.
