Actuator mounting side

Hello, everyone! In the coming days, I hope to install my mount on the pole and the actuator on the mount. I have seen illustrations like this:

I have also seen "East/West of the Mississippi."

I am at 83 degrees West...so I'm pretty close to the dividing line, if 80 degrees is the general rule. I also wonder if 139 is now gone -- no feeds, nothing?

I have a clear view of the arc 30W (or maybe even a tad lower) - 139W. With all of this in mind, where would you recommend I mount the (24") actuator? Thanks for your advice!

137°W is the vacancy. 139°W still has the Alaska mux ITC. Since you are close to center you need to consider your usage. I would mount the actuator so it has to push more than it pulls. So mount it on the side you have sats closest to the horizon.

Mount the actuator on the side of the arc with your lowest viewable satellite.

The remaining programming on 139w is on a spot beam and limited to the West coast.

I'm at the same, 83. Everyone around here puts theirs on the right side. I have always put mine on the right side and have had no issues going from 139 to about 40.
I hit a tree line there. If you can see lower than 30(No C-Band on 30) you may consider the left side though.
Nothing on 137 and we are out of the footprint for 139 AL. MUX.
