Activation Question

Well, I contacted a broker, who also sold me the equipment.
The company emailed me with the cost of the programming and my next bill would be on 11/25.
I'm still waiting for activation from Bell.
Does anyone know if this is a normal time frame or should I get in touch with the broker again?

Bell says that it can take 24 hours to get an account activated. So if it's been much longer than that, I'd call the broker.

Bell & SC can take up to 24 hours to activate

Mine was about 8 hours from the time I sent the info in until it was working
