Yesterday my wife tried to check our acct and couldn't log in. Message: "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator." She called DISH and they went thru a bunch of stuff with her including clearing cookies & rebooting. Then said it would now work in 24 hrs. 24 hrs are more than up and we still can't log in. She likes to keep tab on our accts and is getting frustrated.
